Bookkeeper

Will be dealing with purchase ledger, from checking despatch/delivery notes, to dealing with authorised payment runs.

In addition to the preparation of books up to a trial balance, all aspects of credit control, and manual bank reconciliations.

Must be confident in the use of Sage Line 50 and Excel.

Part Time Accounts

Must have sound knowledge and experience of:

• Sales Ledger
• Purchase Ledger
• Credit Control PAYE

General Accounts experience essential.

Must be able to use Sage accounts system.

Knowledge of running a small company would be an advantage
