Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from £23,000 per annum (bonus scheme available)
Our client is in search of a Sales Administrator for immediate start to join their existing, established team.
Duties will include:
- Assisting the Directors, supporting Office Manager, Production Coordinator, Production Manager and Purchase manager as and when required.
- Dealing with Account queries and up-selling where required.
- Able to identify business opportunities in the UK and abroad.
- Available for weekend and after hours work on occasion. (overtime)
The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration and having worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Excel, Mac OS, Adobe (preferred)
- Previous experience in data entry
- The ability to undertake required tasks to meet strict deadlines.
