Description
Our client requires a permanent Administrator/Customer Service person, to work within their friendly, small team.
You will be required to have an excellent telephone manner, current experience of using Excel is essential.
Experienced in using MS Office and have very good proven customer service skills with the ability to carry out warm sales calls to current clients. Experience of researching and progress chasing will be an advantage.
Training will be given for their CRM system.
The ideal person will be proactive, able to multi-task and have a very good eye for detail.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday. 09:00 - 17:00 hours OR 10:00 - 16:30 hours (1/2 hour lunch break)
Salary: £11.00 per hour+ DOE
