Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (Flexibility may be required from time to time).

Salary: £25k per annum (bonus scheme available)

Our client is in search of an Account Manager for immediate start.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain and update customer details and accounts
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify further sales opportunities
  • Pro-actively selling, maintaining and expanding sales to new and existing customers
  • Meet customers as and when required
  • Handle customer enquiries by email and telephone
  • Ensure office is kept tidy and all stationary is ordered
  • Process customer orders using company costing sheets, Xero Inventory and quotes
  • Monitor customer activity and report to GM accordingly
  • Ensure best pricing with GM on quoting
  • Process Customer invoices
  • Assist customers with packaging and labelling requirements
  • Liaise with production to ensure all items and packaging is agreed and received
  • Assist customers with packaging and labelling requirements
  • Book development sessions with Director and Production co-ordinator
  • Arrange travel and details with customers for calls and visits
  • Assist production team with orders and scheduling
  • Process dispatch notes
  • Update Sample Request form and notice board
  • Perform additional tasks required when necessary.
  • Sample sign off for customers. Product testing. Liaising with NPD department.
  • General sales office and administration duties where necessary
  • Support the weekly cleaning rota
  • Support production team when necessary


The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient on Microsoft Package (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Driving license
