Description

Our client is a manufacturer of a wide range of transformers and coils for the medical and aerospace industries and they require a Continuous Improvement Technician .

This position involves:

  • Evaluating and prioritising potential improvements based on gains and required effort.
  • Securing employee commitment for proactive change management.
  • Establishing a clear and well-articulated implementation plan.
  • Resolving technical problems such as formulation, equipment, product, interpretation of regulations, and resource availability.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of the current situation that accurately describes the issues.
  • Identifying available resources (for example, people, material, and finances)
  • Mapping out in detail the desired situation.
  • Accurately analysing options including impact and feasibility.
  • Specifying obstacles and ways to overcome them through continuous improvement.
  • Regularly monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objectives and expected benefits.

Required Experience

  • Within business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Hours of work:

38 hour week. Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00 hours. Friday, 08:30 – 16.00 hours.
