Description
Our client is looking to recruit a full-time Business Support Administrator to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful independent company. You will have proven strong administration experience, excellent IT skills, a very good eye for detail, be extremely organised and have a flexible working approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to interact effectively with team members, suppliers and clients.
Duties to include
- Dealing with daily web and Pro Shop order shipments
- First response for all incoming calls
- Dealing with incoming post
- Updating product information
- Delegating training bookings via email, supporting academy with all administrative tasks
- First point of contact for customer emails
- Order processing, as required
- Corresponding with DPD
- Diarise/liaison company vehicle requirements
- Liaising with payroll for holiday booking forms and sickness absence
- Assisting with HR, IT and Marketing support
Hours of work
09:00 – 17:00 hours (1 hour paid lunch break)
Flexibility to split lunch break to facilitate an early finish
