Would you like the opportunity to join a well-respected and established company in the enforcement industry based in Bedford? Our client is seeking a hardworking and proactive Operations Business Support Administrator with strong administrative skills to ensure smooth flow of the office procedures by supporting the Operations manager and team, maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as one of the first line of contact to visitors and clients in person, online and via telephone.
Experience of working in a similar role and/or industry would be an advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and deal with accordingly
- Dealing with correspondence by answering emails
- Ensure filing is maintained, archiving where necessary
- Draft, format and print relevant documents
- Raise invoices for various departments
- Produce documents and data entry for operational team as required
- To assist with ensuring the Company s ISO accreditations are fully compliant at all times
- Improving quality and service standards by paying attention to detail
- Provide other administration support and duties within the department
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Customer focused — good people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Being able to see the bigger picture as well as the finer details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisation and problem-solving skills
- Able to plan workloads, multitask and be proactive

Hours/Pay
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am to 3pm (office based), £12.00 per hour
- 3 in 4 Saturdays – 8hrs per day (working from home), £18.00 per hour
Successful candidate must be able to attend 8 Weeks training - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am to 3pm.
