Description

Our client is recruiting for a Commercial Advisor, you will be working as part of a highly motivated Commercial team, providing a professional and market leading level of service to their customers based on excellent product knowledge. You will be working in conjunction with other teams, effectively responding to all types of customer enquiries relating to order placement, delivery and after-sales requirements. You will be required to promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration and customer focus while ensuring divisional KPIs and service standards are achieved.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
To provide a market leading level of customer service to our customer base via various communication methods such as email/telephone.
Work closely with Technical and Estimating teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handling and investigating all types of customer enquiries including orders, discrepancies, customer complaints, returns and credits whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
To effectively take ownership and deal with customer issue resolution ensuring that any significant issues are referred to the Commercial Team Leader.
Maintain a good working knowledge of the Customer Support processes and policies including maintaining a high standard of product knowledge.
Managing workload to ensure that all orders & enquiries are responded to quickly and effectively within the agreed customer timescales.
To proactively look for opportunities to maximise customer spend.
Develop an understanding of, and become competent in the use of, the company CRM system to be able to support with customer quotations as required.
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Strong customer service background within a B2B environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and
meet deadlines.
Driven to achieve results
Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
Personable, persuasive and influential
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Professionally represent company and its products.
To attend and actively participate in business meetings.
